The Grand Rendez-vous, formerly known as the Bal du Chaînon, is the most important and prestigious fundraising event of the Foundation. Since its first edition in 2014, it has stood out for its ambitious financial goal, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to support the Chaînon's annual aid and housing services.
The evening, filled with emotions and festivities, has been co-hosted for several years by two strong allies of the Chaînon Foundation, Marina Orsini and Geneviève Borne. Talented artists from the Quebec scene enrich the event with musical and theatrical performances, all in the spirit of generosity.
A virtual auction is available for 7 days leading up to the event, offering the chance to win wonderful prizes just in time for the holiday season.
This year, a special emotion surrounded our head table: ten remarkable women were present to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Chaînon Foundation. Farah Alibay, Louise Arbour, Janette Bertrand, Louise Harel, Pauline Marois, Magali Picard, Marie-Carmen Plante, Suzanne H. Pringle, Martine Roy, and Laure Waridel—you embody the courage and vision that inspire generations.
