Team

The organization is supported by a team dedicated to helping women in need who knock on the Chaînon’s door. Chaînon’s personnel are the backbone of the organization’s operations.

Many of the team members work on the front line to provide care and support, maintenance or food services. We must also underline the precious contribution of the staff of Le Magasin Le Chaînon and of Fondation Chaînon which allows the organization to increase its revenues.

“I believe in a conscious and active leadership. One that acts to reduce inequalities and strive for greater justice for all. Le Chaînon has shown unwavering strength and has always been a powerful voice for women in vulnerable situations. It is a part of the richness of Montreal. Its great commitment, its righteousness and its humanity guide my steps in my mandate on the Boards of Directors of Chaînon and of Chaînon Foundation.”
